In my product photos for each listing with a size option, there is a detailed size chart available for each garment. All measurements are in inches and are an accurate way to order the size you need. You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Your order will not be cancelled outside of that time frame.

We offer exchanges at this time for defective products. You may send your item back for another size, color or style. Items returned for an exchange will incur a return shipping fee of $15.00 CAD and a new order shipping fee of $15.00 CAD. Payment for these fees will be collected at the time that your exchange is initiated.

At The Craft Witch, we strive to ensure that you receive your handmade horror and witchy clothing in a timely manner. If we encounter a situation where we cannot fulfill your order due to in-stock fabrics being unavailable, you will be promptly emailed with information regarding your order status. In such cases, you will have two options: Either you will receive a full refund for the out-of-stock product, or you can choose a replacement product from our collection. Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience, and we appreciate your understanding of the occasional challenges associated with handcrafted items.
